If your plans change and you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so two days prior to your arrival date to avoid charges to your credit card. Please be sure to receive an email confirmation as proof of your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation or modification notice by 3 PM two days prior to the arrival date we will charge a fee equal to the cancellation or modification. Departing early will be regarded as a last-minute cancellation, and the guest will be charged for the entire stay booked.
Rates and Occupancy
Rates are double occupancy. If there are more than 2 guests per room, there is a $10/night additional charge per person. Double rooms have a maximum occupancy of four guests. King rooms have a maximum occupancy of two guests.
The Belfast Harbor Inn welcomes guests traveling with their pet dog(s). However there are 5 rooms at the Belfast Harbor Inn that are dog friendly. Please be sure to check with the reservation desk if you will be bringing your pet. All pets must be registered and there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. We do not have a size restriction but the limit is two pets per room. Please remember to pick up after your pet!
No Smoking Policy
The Belfast Harbor Inn is proud to be a 100% non smoking facility. Smoking of any kind or burning of incense or candles in the guest rooms or common areas is prohibited. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a cleaning fee (minimum $250) if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room. Ashtrays are available at the front desk for outdoor use.
The outdoor pool is open seasonally, Hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Please no pets or glass containers in the pool area.
Please be considerate of other guests by observing our quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
