Check in is after 3:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM

Reservation Information
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a room. A valid credit card (which must not expire before the reservation’s arrival date) is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card and government ID is required upon check-in. Upon reserving a room all guests will receive an email confirmation. We recommend reviewing your reservation confirmation for accuracy. 

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so two days prior to your arrival date to avoid charges to your credit card. Please be sure to receive an email confirmation as proof of your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation or modification notice by 3 PM two days prior to the arrival date we will charge a fee equal to the cancellation or modification. Departing early will be regarded as a last minute cancellation, and the guest will be charged for the entire stay booked.

Prepaid Reservations
Some rate plans require prepayment in full and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed or transferred. This will be identified in the rate description. For these rate plans, once you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation. If the prepaid reservation is for more than one night and guest is a “no show” on the first night, we will cancel the rest of the reservation.

Special Requests
All special requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed.

Rates and Occupancy
Rates shown are for double occupancy. If there are more than two guests per room, there will be an additional nightly charge of $10 per extra person. King rooms have a maximum occupancy of either two or four guests, depending on the room. Double rooms have a maximum occupancy of four guests. Rollaway beds are not available.

No Smoking Policy 
The Belfast Harbor Inn is proud to be a 100% non smoking facility. Smoking of any kind or burning of incense or candles in the guest rooms, balconies or common areas or within 50 feet of the building is prohibited. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a cleaning fee (minimum $250) and subsequent loss of rental, if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or in the building.

Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of other guests by observing our quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time only registered guests may be in the hotel. Please behave in a manner as not to disturb other guests, no congregating in the hallways, stairs, parking lot or outside of other guest rooms. Televisions, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Anyone disrupting other guests will be asked to leave the property (no refunds). Please notify the front desk immediately to report disruptive guests.

Damages
Hotel guests are responsible for damage to hotel property and/or subsequent loss of rental, including compensation of other guests do to their actions.

Pool and Spa
The Belfast Harbor Inn has an indoor pool and spa open year-round and an outdoor pool which is open seasonally, hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Please no food, glass containers or smoking in the pool area. Due to the limited size of our pool and spa, only registered guests of the Inn may use these facilities. No outside guests please.

Cooking 
Except for the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker provided, preparation of food in guest rooms or anywhere on the property by any other cooking appliance is prohibited. Please refrain from eating foods with strong lingering smells such as lobster in the guest rooms.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is available daily by request only. Rooms displaying privacy signs will not be disturbed. However, the Belfast Harbor Inn management reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room.
